Welcome to GearHub Direct. By registering as a Partner or IBO you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Partnership
You invest capital ("Stock Purchase") into a chosen category. GearHub Direct sources, markets and sells stock on your behalf and remits your share of the profit as defined in the Commission Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a South African resident, and have a valid personal or business bank account. Duplicate accounts (matching ID, phone, email or banking) are prohibited.
3. Payments & Profit
Profits are calculated per category and paid to your registered bank account. GearHub retains its documented service fee before payout.
4. Risk Disclosure
No investment carries a zero-risk guarantee. GearHub commits to sell-through timelines per category but does not warrant absolute outcomes.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, POPIA, applicable law, or engage in fraud. Withdrawal and reimbursement rules on termination are outlined in the Refund Policy.
