Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds and reimbursements on the GearHub Direct platform.

Cooling-off period

You may cancel a stock purchase within 48 hours of payment provided the stock has not yet been allocated to inventory. Payment-processing fees are non-refundable.

Failed sell-through

If stock is not sold within the category's committed timeline, GearHub Direct will either extend the marketing period with your consent, or return your capital net of documented fees.

Payment method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or to your registered bank account for EFT / cash-deposit purchases, within 7 business days of approval.
